Done! I split everything into classic-style HTML pages, added a printable PDF starter pack (plus per-lesson PDFs), created placeholder MP3 filenames, and generated matching hero + social images.

How to use in WordPress (Classic Editor)

  1. Create a new Page for each file (Home, Lessons 1–4, Resources, Community, Next Steps).
  2. Switch to the Text (HTML) tab and paste the contents of the matching .html.
  3. Upload PDFs/MP3s/images to Media Library, then update the links (currently pointing to /pdfs/... and /audio/...).
  4. Publish and add each page to your menu.

Want me to:

  • Convert this into a single-file WXR to bulk-import Pages?
  • Add your logo/brand name to the images and page headers?
  • Swap placeholder audio with generated guided MP3s (calm female voice, nature ambience)?
